RETURNS & EXCHANGES - We stand behind our guarantee to you! Any item except for personalized items unless defective can be returned for exchange, credit towards the purchase of another item, or a refund (minus delivery charges) within 30 days. All returned items must have been unworn, unwashed, and in new condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Simply send your return via UPS or USPS insured mail to: Customer Returns, AMERICA! 21 Enterprise Court, Fredericksburg, VA 22405. Include a copy of the invoice, noting the reason for the return with your instructions. If you return a gift you received, please include the name and address of the gift-giver. DELIVERY INFORMATION - Most orders are shipped from our distribution center in Virginia within 3-12 business days, depending upon the distance. In the event of a delay, we notify you by mail. If you would like an express shipment, please order by 2:00 pm EST to ensure that the package will leave that same day. Sorry, no Saturday delivery. Due to high demand and backordering, we may not have your entire order available for immediate shipment; however, you will be charged only once for shipping. Your credit card will be charged when the merchandise is shipped, or at the time your order is placed for items shipped directly by our supplier.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - We no longer ship internationally, with the exception of Canada. We apologize for any inconveniences.
For Canadian, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii orders, the delivery charge is based on package weight. Please call 800-927-8277 for a quote. Upon receipt of your order, an e-mail with the cost of shipping will be sent. Prior to your order being shipped, we will need your approval for the shipping cost. Please be advised that you will be responsible for the importing of the merchandise into Canada which may include the following charges: import duties, value added tax (VAT) and brokerage/other related charges. For security reasons, the billing and shipping address for international orders must match. If we are unable to get an address verification for your credit card number, we may require a different form of payment. Canadian orders will require a phone number and paid email address service provider - i.e., you may not use a free service provider such as yahoo, gmail, msn, etc.
APO/FPO SHIPPING - We ship items to APO/FPO addresses through the US Postal Service. The amount of time for delivery varies by country- please use previous mailings to these addresses as a general indicator of delivery time.
